		<description>it&#039;s now 6:11pm in Sydney, I am suffering from mondayitis, i&#039;m starving, just want to go home, looking at your blog just makes it worse. I have a massive craving for vietnamese spring rolls dipped in nuoc mam, definitely a great way to kick start the summer. Btw, we always have left over turkey over christmas, instead of the usual turkey sandwich for the week, i think i&#039;ll be experimenting with the turkey rice paper roll =D</description>

		<description>Those rolls look fabulous! Does ground turkey in your part of the world smell strong? The other day I bought some and the smell scared me a bit. I had to balance it out with lots of sesame oil, spices, herbs and dark soy sauce to make some BBQ-style meat puffs.</description>
