Sriracha Chili Hot Sauce Recipe

I tried this recipe but fell short of the amount of fresh chilis by about 1/8 of a cup so I added chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. It really gave this sauce a great smoky flavor and we finished the sauce in less than a week. We put it on EVERYTHING. Thanks for sharing your recipe- it’s hard to find an authentic sriracha recipe. :) I’ll definitely make this again!
