No worries I usually use it on crostini or on toast. i also add some cream cheese to the gorgonzola to make it easier to spread.

I love how beautifully smooth you get the surface, even without the kneading- perfect for standing mixer-less plebeians like me, hehe I of course love the onions and cheese too!
